22.    Fact: “We the People, by Right, by Power, by Rule; Order; and Establish” within the year 1838 Constitution for Florida, to all Members of the General Assembly, and all officers, Civil or Military, before they enter upon the execution of their respective offices, shall take the following oath or affirmation: “I do swear (or affirm,) that I am duly qualified, according to the Constitution of this State, to exercise the office to which I have been elected, (or appointed) and will, to the best of my abilities, discharge the duties thereof, and preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of this State, and of the United States.”  See page 6 of 37 year 1838 Constitution for Florida Article VI Title: The right of Suffrage and qualifications of Officers; Civil Offices; and Impeachments, and removal from Office. Section 11. 23. Fact: Defendants, refuse the command that before they enter upon the execution of their respective offices, to take the Constitutional required oath or affirmation; instead gave oath to the Government, as follow: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support, protect, and defend de Constitution and “Government” of the United States and of the Sate of Florida; that I am duly qualified to hold office under the Constitution of the State, and that I will well and faithfully perform the duties of County Commissioner St Johns County on which I am now about to enter, so help me God.”  See Defendants, oaths, before enter upon the execution of the office.

    Fact; Within our Common law our “civil servants” shall not serve two masters; one master “the Constitution” and the other master “Government”; Commanded by our Master Supreme Ruler: “No man can serve two masters. For either he will hate the one, and love the other: or he will sustain the one, and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.” (God. Matthew 6. 24)
