Fact: Defendants, failed to give bond before entering upon the duties of the office, as required by the law; “We the People” order and demand within the year 1968 Constitution for Florida to all elected Public Officers and Employees that: “Each state and county officer, before entering upon the duties of the office, shall give bond as required by law”. 

Exhibit Number 13 pages 1 to 13; a fraudulent Transaction, breach of contract, CLGJ of the Saint Johns County Florida, paid money, for certificates which were demanded many times, for the Oath of Blood, surety bonds, certified copies, required by law, and the BCC Employees and Attorneys refused to comply with the Constitution for Florida State, described on page 7 and to breach Florida Statutes 876.05 described on the above page 9
