United States Constitution.  Preamble:


We the People of the United States, In Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the united States of America.



United States Constitution. Article VI [6] Title:  Supremacy:


This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding.


The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the members of the several state legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several states, shall be bound by oath or affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States.



United States Constitution. Article I [1] Section 10 Title:  Legislative Powers:


No state shall enter into any treaty, alliance, or confederation; grant letters of marque and reprisal; coin money; emit bills of credit; make anything but gold and silver coin a tender in payment of debts; pass any bill of attainder, ex post facto law, or law impairing the obligation of contracts, or grant any title of nobility.


Notes: Attainder” is the forfeiture of land and civil rights suffered as a consequence of a sentence of death for treason or felony.

           

            “bill of attainder” is an item of legislation inflicting attainder without judicial process.



United States Constitution. Amendment VII [7] Title:  Trial By Jury In Suits At Common Law:


In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

I vow to the Governor of the Universe, in my capacity as Jurist, to insure that all public servants uphold the US Constitution and Bill of Prohibitions (Rights); and to carry out all of my deliberating under Natural Law; principled under Justice, Honor, and Mercy; And to strictly adhere to the following two legal maxims:


  1. (1)    Every right when with-held must have a remedy, every injury it’s proper redress, and


(2)    In the absence of a victim there can be no crime “Corpus Delecti”; the State cannot be the victim.
